Frame-up builds, done under one roof.

Full Custom Semi Truck Builds

Full custom semi truck builds in Sumner, WA — frame-up builds where the engine, air ride suspension, flooring, dash and finish work are all planned and built by one shop.

The work, done right

A full custom build is the whole truck, not a list of parts. We start with the frame — stripped, prepped and painted — then build up from there: a custom engine build or engine swap at the power level the truck will actually use, a custom air ride kit set up for how it will ride, custom cab and sleeper flooring, and the dash, gauges and interior details that make it yours. Because the engine, suspension and interior are all done by the same people in the same Sumner shop, every stage is planned against the others and nothing gets handed off. You get one point of contact, a staged plan you can follow, and a truck built the way you drew it up.

Custom Semi Truck Builds — FAQs

Common questions about this service. Need something specific? Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

How does a full custom build work?

It starts with a conversation about the truck you have, the truck you want, and how it will be used. From there we scope the build in stages — frame, engine, suspension, interior, finish — and give you a plan you can follow. You see the truck at each stage, and every decision is made with you before the next stage starts.

Can a build be done in stages instead of all at once?

Yes. Many builds are staged so the truck keeps earning between phases — for example the engine and suspension first, then the interior and finish work later. We plan the order so nothing done early has to be undone later.

Do you build from my truck, or do I need to source one?

We build from your truck. If you're deciding what to start with, call us before you buy — we can tell you what a given frame, cab and engine will mean for the build you have in mind.

How long does a full custom build take?

It depends entirely on scope, parts availability and how many stages the build has. Once the scope is set we give you a stage-by-stage timeline up front, and we update it as the build progresses — no open-ended surprises.
