Floors built to take the abuse.

Custom Semi Truck Flooring: Cab & Sleeper

Custom cab and sleeper flooring for semi trucks in Sumner, WA — sub-floor prep, replacement and custom finishes that stand up to years of boots, grease and weather.

The work, done right

The floor takes more abuse than anything else in the cab, and a worn, soft or torn floor makes even a well-kept truck feel tired. We replace and custom-finish cab and sleeper flooring in our Sumner shop — inspecting and prepping the sub-floor first, then fitting flooring chosen for how you use the truck and finished to match the rest of the interior. Custom flooring is part of every full custom build we do, and it's a straightforward standalone job for a truck that just needs its interior brought back.

Questions & answers

Custom Flooring — FAQs

Common questions about this service. Need something specific? Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

What flooring options do you offer?

We walk you through materials and finishes based on how you use the truck — what you carry in on your boots, how much time you spend in the sleeper, and the look you want. Tell us the truck and we'll lay out the choices.

Do you do flooring on its own, or only as part of a build?

Both. Custom flooring is included in our full custom builds, and it's also a standalone job for a truck that just needs its floor replaced.

What happens if the sub-floor is damaged?

We inspect and prep the sub-floor before any new flooring goes down. If we find damage, we tell you what we found and what it takes to fix it before we continue — a new floor over a bad sub-floor is money wasted.

Can flooring be done with other interior work?

Yes, and it's usually the best time to do it. Dash, gauges, panels and flooring done together come out matched and save the truck a second trip.

Tell us about the truck you want to build

Full build or one piece of it — call the shop, describe the truck and how you run it, and we'll tell you straight what it takes.
